At Development Strategies, our mission is to partner with, inform and advise our clients to allow them to make effective and sustainable development decisions. The firm was formed in 1988 as an interdisciplinary team to provide advisory services in real estate, community and economic development for business, corporate, government, non-profit and institutional clients. Our clients do not seek standard templates or stock answers. We undertake each project with a fresh approach that is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and each situation to help them implement their visions, plans, and strategies. We recognize that the process of preserving or creating quality development and wealth for individuals and communities has become increasingly complex and requires a multifaceted perspective and an integrated approach. To address these complex assignments, we foster a collaborative environment for a professional staff holding graduate degrees in business administration, urban and regional planning, economics, real estate development, law and urban design, with decades of combined experience. We devise creative solutions to complex problems and relish challenging opportunities.
