We proudly serve our community by providing technical services needed for the creation and maintenance of private and public infrastructure. As a certified woman-owned and small business enterprise, we seek to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with agencies and companies committed to building diverse teams. Taking our commitment to improve our communities one step further, we established “America’s Commerce Corps” (ACC), a subsidiary of CEM. ACC is a grassroots program committed to strengthening communities across America by supporting local businesses and nonprofits. As the economic foundation of American communities, local businesses and nonprofits hire local employees and use local supply chains. Local businesses pay taxes. Local nonprofits enrich and serve our communities. These local organizations work hard to create vibrant and thriving communities that offer better opportunities and instill a sense of pride. They enhance that sense of unity in every community.
