SpatialMMS is an Esri web-based sustainability information system that monitors and analyses indoor envirornmental data for a facility, monitors and analyzes power consumption information, monitors and analyzes water consumption information, tracks and reports space utilization, monitors and reports site sustainabiltiy characteristics, and integrates a complete document management capability. SpatialMMS is a complete Esri-based facility management solution designed for use at the campus or building level. The system is designed to capture, store and analyze information needed to certify facilities by the USGBC for LEED purposes; and to maintain data necessary for recertification and continuous commissioning.
